During Anche's studies she specialized and worked with children experiencing special educational needs. Both her studies and experience taught her how to adjust the curriculum to each of these student's individual needs. In her first two years of teaching, she attended many seminars and events focusing on a child's development, individual needs and how to support them in meeting goals and outcomes of lessons, life skills and different subjects.

Hello, I´m Tina Guo, I graduated from Nankai University in Tianjin in 2014 as an undergraduate and from East China Normal University in Shanghai in 2017 as a postgraduate, majored in Chinese International Education and I have a high school language teaching certificate. In 2016, I went to University of London, UK as a volunteer Chinese language teacher at the Confucius Institute of Dance and Performance for one year. Since my appointment, I have been insisting on the educational philosophy of respecting students, focusing on their whole body and mind development, cultivating students' independence and lifelong learning ability, and giving them the inner drive to continuously draw nutrients from life, to better themselves and experience the beauty of life.

Ms. Xuan Zhou has worked in Canadian International School of Kunshan for more than 2 years. During this period, she has taught MYP Chinese language and literature courses, including grade 6 and pre-DP (Grade 10). She has a certain understanding of IB's teaching philosophy and teaching mode, and has penetrated the education philosophy, especially critical thinking she learned during her study in the UK into her teaching as much as possible. Previously, Rebecca initiated the Chinese Adolescents Depression Support Foundation in New York. Through this initiative, she championed mental health awareness and public education, with a particular focus on study-away college students. Rebecca has also gained extensive experience in various educational institutions, including the New York City Department of Education, Fudan University, and Duke Kunshan University. Furthermore, Rebecca is a pioneer in leading the first National Association of Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA) certified training program in China.

Spencer Fisher

Mr Spencer Fisher is from South Africa and has a Bachelor of Economics and International Trade graduating from the Center of International Programs(CIP) in Shanghai Donghua University.
Spencer has lived abroad starting at 19 years old first completing his Dive Master qualification in the Philippines and then pursuing university studies in Qingdao and Shanghai. Thereafter, he has worked in an array of corporate jobs in sales and marketing that have lead him across Asia working in the Maldives, Cambodia and Thailand which ultimately led him back to China to pursue his passion of teaching. Spencer first taught in a training center before being hired into a well know International School where within two years was promoted the Kindergarten Coordinator and oversaw a small team of teachers teaching Early Year IB curriculum to Japanese students which he continued to oversee over the next few years before joining CISK. Spencer has been in and around Asia for over 12 years with a large majority of that time being in Shanghai and Suzhou and accounting for his advanced level of Chinese.
Spencer is has a social and outgoing personality that is motivated by personal growth, positivity and fitness. In his free time he will be playing golf or padel, cycling or fishing with his friends.

Leonor graduated from Shanghai Normal University and Jilin International Studies University with a master's degree in TCSOL, with the Chinese National Teacher License (Chinese & English of junior high school). She is well versed in the Chinese and Korean language and culture, and has been to Hanyang University in South Korea as exchange student majoring in Chinese Studies and focusing on teaching Chinese to Korean native speakers. Mia Wu is our seasoned admissions teacher at CISK, with 7 years of extensive work experience. Over her career, she has dedicated 5 years to teaching positions, accumulating a profound educational background and practical experience. In the past 2 years, she has focused on kindergarten admissions, gaining a deep understanding of the admissions process and parental needs. Mia graduated from Huaiyin Institute of Technology with a major in English. She not only passed the TEM8 but also obtained teaching qualification certificates for English and Chinese (Primary School). Her educational background and professional qualifications add more authority and professionalism to our admissions work. Before joining CISK, she had 10 years of work experience teaching English to different age groups, which enables her to more accurately understand the needs and expectations of parents and provide professional consultation and advice.
