On June 11, 2021, the unveiling ceremony of the field experience base jointly built by Canadian International School Kunshan - East China Normal University was held in the gym.

2021年6月11日，昆山加拿大外籍人员子女学校—华东师范大学研究生实践基地授牌仪式在体育馆举行。

We are very honored to have invited the leadership team of School of International Chinese Studies of East China Normal University, and they are: Dr. Huang Meixu, Secretary of the Party Committee of School of International Chinese Studies; Dr. Ye Jun, Associate Dean of School of International Chinese Studies; Dr. Liu Hong, Assistant Dean of School of International Chinese Studies, and Ms Sun Xiaoqian from the Global Education Center.

出席今天授牌仪式的领导有：华东师范大学国际汉语文化学院党委书记黄美旭教授，华东师范大学国际汉语文化学院副院长叶军教授，华东师范大学国际汉语文化学院院长助理刘弘博士，华东师范大学国际教育中心孙晓倩老师。我校中外教师参与了此次授牌仪式。

Professor Huang Meixu introduced the School of International Chinese Studies and congratulated the establishment of this field experience base on behalf of the college. The further deepening of the exchanges and cooperation will establish a solid, long-term partnership, and strive to build it into a model of excellent experience base to improve students' practical ability.

在授牌仪式上，华东师范大学国际汉语文化学院党委书记黄美旭教授在发言中介绍了国际汉语文化学院，并代表学院向实习基地的成立表示热烈祝贺。本次教学实习基地的成立，是双方交流与合作的进一步深化，希望双方在“合作发展共赢”理念下，建立起稳固的、长期的合作关系，努力把它建设成为提高学生实践能力的优秀实习基地的典范。

Mr. Ni Zhenmin, Honorary Principal of Canadian Education Group, former principal of Suzhou Middle School, famous principal of Suzhou, pointed out that our school as a field experience base of East China Normal University will play a positive role in our teaching. The school will give CISK strong support. He welcomes teachers and students from East China Normal University to participate in teaching and learning in CISK. He hopes to take this opportunity to make a forward-looking and scientific construction plan.

加拿大教育集团名誉校长、原苏州中学校长、江苏省苏州市名校长、知名教育家倪振民校长指出：我校成为华东师范大学实习实训基地将对我校的教学工作起到积极作用，学校将给予大力支持，欢迎华东师范的师生来校参与教学实践与实习锻炼，希望能以此为契机，制定具有前瞻性、科学性的建设规划。

Ms. Jackie, our HSK coordinator and MYP/DP Chinese teacher, said as the representative of Chinese teachers: It is very luck to be a Mandarin Teacher in an international learning community.The official unveiling of CISK being the field experience base for East China Normal University is an important milestone in our Mandarin education. I believe that the cooperation will fully integrate the advantages of both sides, strengthen the exchange and communication of the teachers and educational resources, make best use of the advantages and bypass the shortcomings, integrate and make progress, which will benefit the cultivation of young thinkers, communicators and practitioners with international vision, respect and understanding of multi-culture.

我校HSK项目协调员、MYP/DP 中文教师丁嘉懿作为中方教师代表表示：能在一个国际化的学习环境里成为一名中文老师，是这个时代里极其幸运的事。此次华东师范大学实习基地的正式挂牌正是我校汉语教育里继往开来的重要里程碑。我们相信此次合作必将充分整合双方优势，加强教师与教育资源的交流与互通，融合精进，帮助我们更好地培养具有国际情怀、尊重和理解多元文化的年轻思考者、交流者和践行者。

Music teacher Mr. Alex shared his feelings about work in our school and the collaborative communication with the Chinese teachers. Through his fluent Chinese, he showed the good spirit and positive learning attitude of international teachers from CISK.

我校外方教师代表——音乐老师Mr. Alex介绍了在我校的工作情况，以及与中方教师的协作沟通，并通过流利的中文展示了我校外教良好的精神面貌和积极向上的学习态度。

Then, President Dr. Yan Luxia expressed her warm welcome and heartfelt thanks to the leaders and teachers from the School of International Chinese Studies of East China Normal University. She quoted the Analects of Confucius as encouraging them with the teachers present here. It is hoped that through the establishment of this field experience base, we will further strengthen cooperation and exchanges, help each other and build a dream of education. It is believed that in the future, the two sides can deepen cooperation in talent training and academic exchanges and bear fruitful results.

随后，闫潞霞校长表达了对华东师范大学国际汉语文化学院领导老师的热烈欢迎和衷心感谢，她引用论语里的话与在座的老师共勉。希望通过此次实习基地的建立，进一步加强合作与交流，互帮互助，共筑教育梦。相信在未来，双方在人才培养、学术交流等方面能深化合作，结出累累硕果。

Finally, under the witness of all the teachers in the school, the Graduate Field Experience Base of East China Normal University was officially awarded in our school.
