On March 15th, Canadian International School Kunshan held a Pi Day celebration, inviting our teachers and students to participate in a range of math games to learn about the romance and charm of mathematics.

Pi Day is an annual celebration of the mathematical constant π (pi). Pi Day is observed on March 14 and was founded in 1988 by Larry Shaw, an employee of the Exploratorium. UNESCO's 40th General Conference designated Pi Day as the International Day of Mathematics in November 2019.

为庆祝一年一度的Pi Day（圆周率日），CISK在3月15日举办了一场全校性的π主题活动，邀请老师与学生们参与到种类繁多的数学游戏中，感受数学的浪漫与魅力。

Pi Day是数学常数π（pi）的年度庆祝活动，通常定在3月14日。它由一位物理学家Larry Shaw于1988年创立，并在2019年被联合国科教文组织正式确立为国际数学日。

CISK organizes interesting activities to celebrate this day every year. The Pi Day contains many math games with different levels of difficulty and different forms, so that all students can easily participate in them.

每年我校都会组织趣味性的活动来庆祝这一天，本次的Pi Day就包含了许多难易程度不同、形式各异的数学游戏，让不同年级的学生都能愉快地参与其中。

Although it's called Pi Day, our main focus isn't about the actual transcendental number, but rather on bringing attention to the fun and beauty in mathematics. So, we sincerely hope that everyone have enjoyed the activities and had some fun.
